Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original research articles, review papers, and case studies that have not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal. Manuscripts must be written in clear and academic English.

Submitted papers should follow the journal template and contain the following sections:

  • Title
  • Abstract and Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Research Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format using the journal template. References must follow APA citation style and are recommended to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.

All submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial similarity screening using Turnitin software prior to the peer-review process. Manuscripts with a similarity index of more than 20% will be returned to authors for revision or may be rejected at the editorial stage.

All submitted manuscripts will also undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure originality, scientific contribution, and academic quality. The editorial board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with the journal scope, formatting requirements, or ethical standards.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and avoiding plagiarism.

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts through the online submission system available on the journal website.

Authors who publish with INKOFAR Journal agree that the copyright of published articles remains with the authors. By submitting manuscripts to the journal, authors grant INKOFAR Journal the right of first publication.

Published articles are distributed under an open-access policy, allowing readers to access, download, copy, distribute, print, and use the articles for academic and non-commercial purposes, provided that proper citation is given to the original work and source of publication.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts do not infringe upon any copyright, ethical standards, or intellectual property rights of other parties. INKOFAR Journal applies publication ethics standards and reserves the right to retract published articles in cases of plagiarism, ethical misconduct, or significant publication errors.
